We live in the information age. With the internet as a vast resource, almost anything we want to know is available with just a few clicks. We are connected to events around the world through an ever-present network of media.
Technological advances have made many daily tasks more efficient, opening the door to countless possibilities. With access to abundant resources and meaningful work, many of us enjoy opportunities that previous generations could scarcely imagine.
Yet because so much is available to us, we often feel compelled to take advantage of every opportunity.

Notice your breath.

Then return to what you were doing with greater mindfulness, clarity, and kindness toward yourself and others.
