Wisdoms@Work is our signature training series. Our network of trainers provides deep skills and experience for you to apply the Five Wisdoms to organizational life – to release creativity and enhance performance.

Whether you are a teacher relating with students, a health caregiver serving those in need or an executive sparking creativity in your organization, our trainings enable you to experience your full potential.

Five Wisdoms Coach Certification is offered upon completion of our core trainings, an added benefit for those who would like to coach using the Five Wisdoms.

Our Training Process

 

Wisdoms@Work comprises two core trainings, which can be taken together to receive a Five Wisdoms Coach Certification. Foundation for Personal Development focuses on deep personal work to understand the energy styles and their qualities. Professional Development for Application aligns the different wisdom energies of people, situations and the environment to organizational and professional goals. Our Wisdoms@Work Four Quadrants shows the core teaching you will receive from Wisdoms@Work.

Each training has three modules: two onsite, experiential modules and an online learning module. The onsite modules provide exercises that will help you experience direct insight into the Five Wisdoms, while online learning promotes peer collaboration.

We incorporate a process of reflection, as well as exploring and experimenting with how to embody and relate with the Five Wisdoms. Part of our training involves posture practice. Based on subtle energy patterns of our body, this practice authenticates the teachings, allowing us direct experience of the Five Wisdoms, beyond concept. We experience the energies both in their confusion and wisdom.
