The success of an organization depends on people's ability to understand themselves and others and to communicate effectively. At their best, diverse styles are an asset; at their worst, they block communication. This work focuses on bringing out one's full human potential in working with others. When we embody the five qualities of presence in an authentic way, we see people more clearly and are then more likely to know how to work with them. We encourage organizations to improve the quality of their work environment and work life. We are interested in bringing people from passive involvement in their work to realizing their full creative potential and producing at a high standard.
